Title : Oracle WFM consultant (Lead Consultant)

Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for bringing in his valuable experience and leadership in our solutions to the Retail Sector, primarily focusing on the Work Force Management Products such as Kronos, Oracle, etc. Activities include:
• Bring in process knowledge pertaining to the workforce management solution, specific to Retail Sector
• Analyzing client needs, providing guidance on business plan and package evaluation, suggesting feasible solutions.
• Leads solution definition and solution deployment in medium and large workforce management programs
• Ability to handle problem definition and has thorough knowledge of process and domain of expertise
• Developing solution frameworks addressing core industry challenges and specific client needs
• Providing thought leadership and driving client long range plans and roadmap
• Interact with client senior leadership to articulate value of Infosys Solution.
• Working with accounts and Infosys Client Services Group on sales pursuit for defining innovative solutions
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of any of the following packages for retail –
